Daniel Leviton
Daniel has over 20 years experience in real estate. Starting out at Blenheim Bishop in the early 2000’s acquiring and selling unconditional land for re-development and blocks of apartments for Investment. Daniel moved client side for 14 years before founding DS Real Estate.
Simon Miller
Having Gained a degree in Hospitality Management Simon Spent 5 Years in Australia working with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Group. Upon his return to the UK he joined Blenheim Bishop before founding IMA Real Estate & Later DS Real Estate. Blending his expertise, experience and in depth market knowledge over the last 25 years he has been involved in over £500m of Real Estate Transactions.
Sam Berg
Sam has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial real estate market, having started out at Blenheim Bishop before helping to build The Rock Group into a £500M global investment company and later setting up S2 Estates. His focus is on asset enhancement and strategy alongside identifying and delivering new opportunities and investor relations.
Michael Fingleton
Michael has over 15 years experience in the real estate and financial services sector. He was London manager of a leading debt and equity provider to the UK real estate market between 2006 and 2010 helping the firm grow to more than £5 billion of UK assets. Previous to this Michael worked at Citigroup, BNP Paribas and ING Real Estate.
