DS Real Estate work with a select number of partners to acquire assets that other property companies might shy away from or struggle to fund.
How we do it
Our value-add approach is to operate across the entire lifecycle of the asset. We identify sites without planning, quickly assess the risk, establish any downsides, and successfully secure planning permission. The asset can then be forward funded and delivered to the market.
